We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven” individual to join as a Test Development Engineer for our client :

 

 

Test Development Engineer (H/F)

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

 

·         Design of automated validation test systems, hardware and software.

·         Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined validation team working on projects involving multiple locations.

 

Specific description :

 

·         Primary focus on Test systems applications for Inverter applications.

·         Manage the design and implementation of the test equipment required for product Validation.

·         Manage critical path timing issues to ensure on time test development completion.

·         Responsible for requirements analysis, equipment definition, procurement and commissioning.

·         Analysis of test data and comparison to requirements.

·         Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment.

 

Essential requirements :

 

·         University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Bac +4.

·         Familiarity with test equipment: i.e. DMM, ARB, Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, control flow systems etc.

·         Proven ability to design test equipment including all required documentations associated (electrical drawings, mechanical assemblies, BOM…) and with Equipment Safety design experience / certification.

·         A strong working knowledge of computers, MS Office applications, and a drawing package such as ePlan, Visio, Circad or etc. is required.

·         Good communication skills are essential.

·         Fluency in English is required. French / German would be an advantage.
